At Sooni & Tommi, we sell Korean and Japanese cosmetics, K-pop albums, and official goods.
Due to the nature of our products and as a small business, we have the following return and
refund policy.

No Returns or Exchanges on Opened Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, all opened or used products are final sale. We do not accept
returns or exchanges once a product has been opened.

Unopened Items – Store Credit (Local Returns)

• Unopened, brand-new items may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Returns must be brought in person to a local Sooni & Tommi store.
• Eligible returns will be issued as store credit only (no refunds).
• Store credit will be added to your account, has no expiration date, and can be used at any
  Sooni & Tommi location.

Unopened Items – Refund by Mail (Wrong Order)

• If you received an item you ordered incorrectly and would like a refund, the item
  must be unopened and unused.
• Customers outside of Georgia must ship the item within 20 days of delivery to our
  Johns Creek store.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Once we receive the item, we will inspect its condition.
• If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged due to our packaging error:

• Please take clear photos of the damaged item immediately upon receipt.
• Email the photos to us as soon as possible.
• If the same product is available, we will do our best to send a replacement.
  Our goal is to ensure you are not disappointed with your order.

Out-of-Stock After Purchase

If an item is available online but becomes sold out at our warehouse:

• We will notify you in advance.
• A refund will be issued only for the unavailable item.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and may take 2–3
  business days.

Product Authenticity & Skin Reactions

• All products we sell are 100% authentic and officially imported through authorized
  distribution channels.
• We never sell counterfeit products.
• Since online purchases cannot be tested in advance, individual skin reactions may vary.
• If irritation, itching, or burning occurs, discontinue use immediately and cleanse your skin.
• We are not responsible for individual skin reactions. Customers with sensitive skin are
  encouraged to review ingredients carefully before purchasing.
