This is a great toner with a short ingredient list. It feels hydrating and I especially like using this toner when applying stronger serums or retinol afterwards.

I liked that this toner was ph balanced and it didn’t irritate my skin, but it was not as hydrating as I hoped it would be. It would literally sit on top of my skin in droplets some days and never felt like it really absorbed into my skin.

No scent, no irritation, simple moisture. One layer was more than enough for my skin. Any more was actually too tacky. You may think it’d be super watery, but it’s not; there is some slip. Neutral and solid, nothing extraordinary.
