In response to this, we aimed to create a product offering both effective sun protection and skincare benefits without the typical sunscreen drawbacks. We chose ginseng, a key ingredient in BOJ and Hanbang formulations, backed by countless studies highlighting its effectiveness. Ginseng extract, rich in saponin, provides anti-aging effects, helps improve wrinkles, and nourishes the skin.

Ginseng extract 30%
According to Donguibogam, a Korean herbal medicine book, ginseng was used as an important oriental medicine and recorded as ‘Shincho,’ meaning herb from the gods. Hwang Jini, known as the most beautiful woman in the Joseon Dynasty, used a ginseng decoction as bath water.
The rich saponin in ginseng helps quickly supply moisture to the skin and maintains it deep inside the skin for a long time to help create healthy skin.
In particular, ginseng berries and red ginseng extracts mixed with ginseng extract have higher saponin content than general ginseng root, making them more effective for anti-aging and wrinkle improvement.
