The first thing I noticed when using this cleanser was its unique, mochi-like texture. Unlike typical foam cleansers, it has a soft and elastic consistency that turns into a gentle creamy foam when mixed with water. A small amount is enough to cleanse the face effectively. While massaging it onto the skin, it feels smooth and comfortable without irritation, and it cleans the nose area and T-zone especially well where oil tends to build up. After rinsing, my skin feels fresh, smooth, and clean without an overly tight or dry feeling, making it suitable for daily use. When my skin feels congested, I sometimes leave a thin layer on for about one or two minutes before rinsing, which helps with mild exfoliation. The scent is light and natural, and overall it works particularly well for combination or oily skin types.

Honestly, I thought the ‘mochi’ thing was just a marketing gimmick, but it’s actually legit. It feels like real rice cake dough! I just rub a small scoop on my nose where my blackheads are bad, and after washing it off, my skin feels ridiculously soft. No tight, dry feeling at all. It’s a bit pricey for a cleanser, but a little goes a long way. Will definitely repurchase.
