I’ve been using this toner for a few weeks, and I really like it. The texture is milky but light, and it spreads easily on the skin without feeling sticky. My face feels soft and hydrated right after applying it. I also noticed that rough patches have become smoother, and my skin looks a bit brighter and more even. It has a very mild rice scent, which I actually find soothing, and it didn’t irritate my sensitive skin at all. It layers well under serum or moisturizer, and I usually use it morning and night. Overall, it’s a simple step, but my skin feels healthier and more comfortable since I started using it.

Summary: “A toner that definitely fills dry, dull seasonal skin with an inner glow.” Pros: Despite the milky formula, it is not sticky at all and absorbs deeply and quickly into the skin. After layering it morning and night for about a week, I can visually see a subtle rice-water glow and my dull complexion clearing up.
Cons: Delivery was fast (two days right to my doorstep), but the outer box corner was slightly dented, so the packaging wasn’t flawless. The inner product was perfectly fine. Repurchase: 100% yes.
